Removal Procedure
- Extend the steering column to the fully telescoped position.
- Tilt the steering wheel to its lowest position.
Use a flat-bladed plastic trim tool to release the instrument panel steering column opening closeout retainers (1) at the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover (2).
Separate the instrument panel steering column upper trim cover (1) at the instrument panel steering column lower trim cover.
