Installation Procedure

  1. GM4087029

    Install the retraction bar (1) and drive cable (2) to the sunroof frame.

    Install the locking slide (1).

    Install the curve on guide A (1).

  4. GM4087019

    Install the curve on guide B (1). Push the middle of curve on guide using flat tip tool.

    Install the curve on panel assembly (1) to the frame.

    Install the drive wedge (1) to the locking slider (2), curve on panel assembly (3) and curve on guide (4).

    Install the locking slide buffer (1).

    Install the front cover guide screw (1) and front cover guide (2).

    Install the rear drainage piece screw (1) and rear drainage piece (2).

    Install the sunroof sunshade. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Replacement .

    Install the sunroof housing drain gutter. Refer to Sunroof Housing Drain Gutter Replacement .

  12. Install the sunroof window motor. Refer to Sunroof Window Motor Replacement .
  13. Install the sunroof module assembly. Refer to Sunroof Module Assembly Replacement .
