Installation Procedure
Battery Positive Cable Retainer(1)@ Upper Fan Shroud (2) - Engage[5x]
Battery Positive Cable(3)@Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block(1) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(2) - Install and tighten10 N.m (89 lb in)
Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube(3) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement
Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
- Battery Positive Cable Retainer(2) - Engage[3x]
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Battery Positive Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(1) - Install and tighten10 N.m (89 lb in)
Accessory Wiring Junction Block Cover(1) - Install
Battery Positive Cable Retainer(1) - Engage[2x]
Battery Positive Cable Retainer(1) - Engage[2x]
- Retainer Clip(2) - Engage[2x]
Battery Positive Cable(1) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(2) - Install and tighten15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Generator Terminal Boot (3) - Install
- Install the engine cover. Engine Cover Replacement
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Battery Positive Cable(3) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(2)@Starter Solenoid - Install and tighten12.5 N.m (111 lb in)
- Battery Positive Cable Retainer(1) - Engage
Battery Positive Cable Retainer(1) - Engage[5x]
Battery Positive Cable Retainer Bolt (2) - Install and tighten10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Battery Positive Cable Retainer(1) - Engage[2x]
Wheelhouse Splash Shield -Right Side(3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Left Side)Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
- Lower the vehicle.
Battery Positive Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Bolt(1) - Install and tighten13 N.m (115 lb in)
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
