Removal Procedure

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection  - Disconnect
  2. Drive Belt Replacement - Remove
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  4. Exhaust Front Pipe Replacement (1.4L LE2) - Remove

    Disconnect the generator wiring harness plug (1)

  6. Remove the generator and starter cable generator lead nut (2).
  7. Remove the generator and starter cable (3).

    Remove the 2 generator bolts (3).

  9. Remove the generator nut (1).
  10. Generator (2) - Remove
