Installation Procedure

    Seal Ring (4) - Install

  2. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (3) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  4. Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Remove all EN-6015  plugs from the connections.

  6. Reposition and connect the fuel feed front pipe (2) at the fuel injection pump (1).

    Air Cleaner Resonator Bracket (2) - Install

  8. Air Cleaner Resonator Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  9. Wiring Harness Clip (3) - Install
  10. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement 
  11. Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  12. Air Inlet Grille Panel - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
  13. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
