Installation Procedure

    Gasket (2, 3) - Install

  2. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (1) - Install

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Bolt (2, 3) - Install [3x]

  4. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bolt (4) - Install [2x]
    5. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Bolt (2, 3) - Tighten [3x] 10N.m (89 lb in)
  6. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bolt (4) - Tighten [2x] 10N.m (89 lb in)
  7. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooling Return Hose (5) - Connect
  8. Clamp (6) - Tighten

    Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (4) - Install

  10. Connect the electrical connector. (2)
  11. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (3) - Install and tighten 9N.m (80 lb in)
  12. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9N.m (80 lb in)
  13. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling
  14. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Replacement - Position 1  - Install
