Installation Procedure

    Catalytic Converter Bracket (2)@Catalytic Converter (1) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install a NEW catalytic converter gasket. (6)

  4. Catalytic Converter Rear Heat Shield (1) - Install
  5. Catalytic Converter Rear Heat Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  6. Catalytic Converter (3) & Catalytic Converter Bracket (6) - Install
    7. NOTE:

    Install NEW nuts.

  7. Catalytic Converter Nut (4) - Install and tighten [4x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  8. Raise the vehicle.

    Catalytic Converter Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  10. Catalytic Converter Brace Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Install a NEW gasket. (1)

  12. Exhaust Front Pipe (2) - Install
  13. Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  14. Lower the vehicle.
  15. Catalytic Converter Heat Shield Replacement  - Install
  16. Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 2 - Install
  17. Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 1 - Install
