Installation Procedure

Water Pump Gasket (2) - Install a NEW gasket.
- Water Pump (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Water Pump Bolt (1) - Install [6x]
tighten
- First Pass: 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Final Pass: (45 degrees)
- Water Pump Pulley - Install - Water Pump Pulley Replacement (LFY)
- Engine Mount@Right Side - Install - Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
