Removal Procedure

  1. Intake Air Splash Shield - Remove - Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement
  2. Front Bumper Fascia - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (LTG)
  3. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) 
  4. Front Bumper Fascia Center Support - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Center Support Replacement

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement

  15. Wiring Harness@Engine Coolant Fan - Disconnect
  16. Transmission Fluid Cooler Thermal Bypass Valve - Remove - Transmission Fluid Cooler Thermal Bypass Valve Replacement (LFY)

    Radiator Upper Bracket-Left Side (2) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side (LTG)
