Installation Procedure

  1. GM4755472

    Install a NEW throttle body gasket (2) in the upper intake manifold.

  2. Position the throttle body (1) to the upper intake manifold.
  3. GM4755457
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the throttle body bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. GM4755452

    Connect the electrical connector (1).

  5. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement 
  6. Perform the throttle body idle air flow compensation reset. Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
