Installation Procedure

Position the brake caliper (1) over the brake pads and to the caliper bracket.

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the brake caliper guide pin bolts (1) and tighten to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).

NOTE:
Install new brake hose fitting gaskets.

Position the brake hose fitting (1) with 2 new brake hose fitting gaskets (2) to the brake caliper.

Install the brake hose fitting bolt (1) and tighten to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).
Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) .
Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
