Installation Procedure

    Install the throttle fasteners (2) along with a NEW throttle body seal ring (1).

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the 4 throttle body fastener (3) and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
  3. Install the charge air cooler outlet air hose to the throttle body. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement .
  4. Connect the throttle body wiring harness connector.
  5. Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset 
  6. Perform the throttle body idle air flow compensation reset. Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
