Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator assembly (1) into the vehicle.
- Position the air conditioning condenser (2) onto the radiator.
- Install the air conditioning condenser bolts (1). Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LCV, LWN) .
- Install the radiator upper brackets. Refer to Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement .
- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the radiator. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LCV) .
- Install the engine coolant fan shroud (2) to the radiator. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Shroud Replacement (LCV, LGZ) .
- Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (2) to the air conditioning condenser if equipped. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LCV) .
- Install the radiator air lower baffle (2). Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement (LCV, LGZ) .
- Install the right side radiator air side baffle (2). Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side (LCV, LGZ) .
- Install the left side radiator air side baffle (2). Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side (LCV, LGZ) .
- Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac n Fill) .
- Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
