Installation Procedure

  1. GM3988741

    Steering Knuckle(1) - Install

  2. GM3988739

    Front Lower Control Arm(1)@Steering Knuckle - Install - Lower Control Arm Replacement 

  3. GM3988738

    Strut Assembly(1)@Steering Knuckle - Install - Strut Assembly Removal and Installation 

  4. GM3988735

    Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod(1)@Steering Knuckle - Install - Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement

  5. GM4585161
    NOTE:

    Do not apply grease into the ABS sensor hole.

    NOTE:

    Do not apply grease on the flange.

    Apply grease 15 mm into steering knuckle (1).

  6. GM3988732

    Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (1) - Install

  7. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  8. Measure and adjust the wheel alignment. Wheel Alignment Measurement
