Installation Procedure

  1. GM5002977
    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Install the battery distribution engine compartment fuse block (1) and lock the retaining tab.

  2. Install the battery distribution engine compartment fuse block bolt (2) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  3. GM3952940

    Front Compartment Fuse Block (1) - Install - Front Compartment Fuse Block Replacement 

  4. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Connect
