Installation Procedure

  1. GM3665595

    Install a NEW throttle body assembly seal.(3)

  2. Throttle Body Assembly(2) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Throttle Body Assembly Bolt(1) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in) [4x]
  4. Electrical Connector(4) - Connect
  5. Wiring Harness(5) - Install
  6. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement  - Install
  7. Engine Sight Shield Replacement - Install
  8. Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset 
  9. Perform the throttle body idle air flow compensation reset. Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
