Installation Procedure

  1. GM4091437

    Air Cleaner Lower Housing(1) - Install

  2. GM3684430

    Air Cleaner Upper Housing(2) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Air Cleaner Upper Housing Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[4x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
  4. Wiring Harness Clip(3) - Install
  5. Mass Airflow Sensor Electrical Connector(4) - Connect
  6. Air Cleaner Housing Drain Hose@Air Cleaner Assembly - Install - Air Cleaner Housing Drain Hose Replacement 
  7. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement  - Install
  8. Rear Intake Air Duct Replacement  - Install
