Installation Procedure

  1. GM4211414

    Turbocharger Heat Shield(2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Turbocharger Heat Shield Nut(3) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[4x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. GM4325730
    NOTE:

    Do NOT bend the cable sharply at the base of either the sensing unit or sensor ECU in the final mounting position.

    Nitrogen Oxides Sensor(2) - Install and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
