Circuit/System Verification

NOTE:

Do NOT replace the control module if DTC B0633 is set.New control modules will stay in immobilizer learn mode until the security code is learned and the engine was started successfully.

Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
Verify no other DTCs are set.
- If other DTCs are set
  Refer to: Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle
- Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set
Verify DTC P0633 is not set.
- If DTC P0633 is set
1. Perform the SPS function: Z1 Immobilizer Function - K20 Engine Control Module Refer to: Immobilizer System Component Programming
2. Follow the instructions on the scan tool.
3. Engine - Crank
4. Verify the function: Engine = Running
  - If the engine does not start
    Refer to: Engine Starting
  - Go to next step: If the engine starts
5. All OK.
- Go to next step: If no DTC is set
All OK.
