DC Charging Disabled Reset

The DC Charging Disabled Reset procedure must be completed after Isolation Faults or certain DTCs have been repaired.

The DC Charging Disabled Reset procedure requires a scan tool sequence and can be completed using the following steps:

  1. Vehicle in Service Mode.
  2. With a scan tool, select DC Charging Disabled Reset in the Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 2 Configuration/Reset Functions, Reset Functions list.
  3. Follow the scan tool directions to complete the procedure.
  4. With a scan tool, clear any DTCs that may be set.
  5. Vehicle OFF, wait 5 minutes.
  6. The vehicle must be driven at a speed greater than 30 km/h (19 mph) to re-enable DC Charging.
