Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Water Bypass Outlet Hose And Water Pump

  1. Install a NEW gasket.(4)
  2. Install Water Pump (1)
    3. NOTE:

    Take note that there are different bolt lengths.

  3. Install Water Pump Bolt(2, 8)
    4. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  4. Tighten the NEW water pump bolts.25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  5. Install the exhaust gas recirculation cooler water bypass outlet hose (6) to the water pump (1).
  6. Install Clamp (5)

  7. Install Retainer(1)
  8. Connect Electrical Connector (2) @Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing
  9. Connect Electrical Connector@Heated Oxygen Sensor Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 1
  10. Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Replacement
  11. Install Water Pump Inlet Adapter Replacement 
  12. Install Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement 
  13. Install Water Pump Belt Replacement
