Removal Procedure

  1. Remove Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Trim Compartment Replacement
  2. Disconnect Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection 
  3. Fig 1: Panel Trim And Nuts

  4. Remove the 3 panel trim nuts (1).
  5. Remove the panel trim (2).

  7. Release the retaining tabs.(1)
  8. Remove Battery Fuse Block Cover (2)

  10. Remove the battery positive cable fuse block nut (2).
  11. Unclip Retainer(1)
  12. Remove Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Left Side)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Right Side)

  14. Unclip Retainer (1)
  15. Unclip Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement

  19. For a better access, fold the floor carpet (2) aside.
  20. Remove the battery positive cable (1) from the left channel.

  22. For a better access, fold the floor carpet aside.
  23. Unclip Retainer (1)
  24. Remove Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement
  25. Remove Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement
  26. Remove Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Replacement

  28. Release the 2 retaining tabs to open the cover (1).
  29. Pull the battery positive cable (2) through the harness grommet into the passenger compartment.
  30. Separate the battery positive cable from the body harness.
  31. Remove the battery positive cable from the vehicle.
