Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Battery Positive Cable Junction Block And Positive Post Clamp Nut

  1. Install Battery Positive Cable Junction Block (2)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Tighten Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (1) to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)
    3. Fig 2: Body Harness, Battery Positive Cables, Nuts And Electrical Connectors

  3. Install Body Harness (3)
  4. Tighten Body Harness Terminal Nut (4) to 6 N.m (53 lb in)
  5. Install Battery Positive Cable (2)
  6. Install and tighten Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  7. Install Battery Positive Cable (5)
  8. Install and tighten Battery Positive Cable Nut (6) to 12 N.m (106 lb in)
  9. Connect Electrical Connectors (7) (Qty: 2)

  10. Install Battery Positive Cable Junction Block Cover (1)
  11. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)
