Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Battery Negative Cable And Negative Cable Frame Ground Fastener

  1. Install Battery Negative Cable (2)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install and tighten Battery Negative Cable Frame Ground Fastener (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement

  4. Install Battery Negative Cable (2)
  5. Install and tighten Battery Negative Cable Nut (3) to 11 N.m (97 lb in)

  6. Connect the electrical connector (1).
