Removal Procedure
- Remove Front Lower Control Arm - Lower Control Arm Replacement
- Secure the front lower control arm in a vise.

- Drill through or grind off the head of the rivets holding the front lower control arm ball stud in the front lower control arm.

- Use a suitable punch and a hammer to loosen the rivets from the front lower control arm.

- Remove the rivets from the front lower control arm.

- Use a 31/64 in drill bit to enlarge each rivet hole. This step is necessary for the NEW front lower control arm ball stud bolts to fit.
- Remove the front lower control arm ball stud from the front lower control arm.
