B320A 39 

Ignition ON, command the power window DOWN and UP with a scan tool. The power window should go DOWN and UP as commanded.

• If the DTC is current and the power window is inoperative, replace the M74D Window Motor-Driver.

• If the DTC is history and the power window performs the UP and DOWN functions, clear the DTC.

B320A 42 

Ignition ON, reprogram the power window and operate the power window within the conditions for running the DTC, verify the DTC does not reset.

• If the DTC resets as current, replace the M74D Window Motor-Driver.

B320A 4B 

Verify the window moves while commanding the express UP and express DOWN with the S84D Door Switch Panel Control Module-Driver.

• If the window does not express UP or express DOWN, normalize the window motor, refer to Window Motor Programming - Express Function 
• If the DTC resets, replace the M74D Window Motor-Driver.
