Front Side Door Window Replacement

WARNING: Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning .

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Position the window approximately half way down in the door.
  2. Remove the front side door trim. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector.
1 Front Side Door Window Regulator Sash Nut (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten 
2 N.m (18 lb in)
2 Front Side Door Window

Procedure

  1. Remove the window regulator sash screws and then move the window to full down position using the window switch and regulator.
  2. Rotate the front door window as necessary to remove it from the door.
  3. Perform the window regulator motor program relearn. Refer to Window Motor Programming - Express Function .
