Disconnect the battery negative cable.
Remove the instrument panel lower trim plate applique. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Plate Applique Replacement .

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
2.5 N.m (23 lb in)

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical components.
After replacement, refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
