Installation Procedure
- Position the front stabilizer shaft (1) on the drivetrain and front suspension frame.
- Front Stabilizer Shaft Bolt - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Lift the drivetrain and front suspension frame (1) into the proper position and tighten all drivetrain and front suspension frame bolts. Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement
- Remove all supports from underneath the vehicle.
- Install the exhaust pipe insulators (1).
- Rear Transmission Mount Through Bolt - Install - Transmission Mount Bracket Replacement - Rear
- Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod@Steering Knuckle - Install - Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement
- Front Lower Control Arm@Steering Knuckle - Install - Lower Control Arm Replacement
- Front Stabilizer Shaft Link@Front Stabilizer Shaft - Install - Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement
- Front Bumper Impact Bar Lower Bracket Replacement - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner Inner Front Extension Replacement (Left)Front Wheelhouse Liner Inner Front Extension Replacement (Right, LUV)Front Wheelhouse Liner Inner Front Extension Replacement (Right, LWE, LUW) - Install
- Install the front tire and wheel assemblies. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Intermediate Steering Shaft Lower Bolt - Install - Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement
