Preliminary Procedure Remove the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement .
1	Air Valve Actuator Control Module Harness Procedures Disconnect all air valve actuator control module harness electrical connectors. Route the air valve actuator control module harness between the plenum and the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module. Secure the air valve actuator control module harness to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.

Procedures

Disconnect all air valve actuator control module harness electrical connectors.
Route the air valve actuator control module harness between the plenum and the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.
Secure the air valve actuator control module harness to the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module.
