Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Refer to Brake Dust Warning .

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
    3. Fig 1: Disc Brake Rotor

  3. Remove the front brake rotor (1). Front Brake Rotor Replacement .

    NOTE:

    Do NOT reuse the bolts.

  4. Remove the front brake shield bolts (1).

    DISCARD the bolts.

  5. Remove the front brake shield (1).
