Flexible Fuel Sensor Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (Gasoline) .
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
3. Remove the right front underbody air deflector. Refer to Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (Tire)Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side (XFE) .
4. Remove the fuel feed hoses from the sensor. Refer to Fuel Feed Hose Replacement (Flex Sensor to Front Pipe) Fuel Feed Hose Replacement (Flex Sensor to Rear Pipe) Fuel Feed Hose Replacement (Without E-85) .

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Unclip sensor from bracket to remove.
