Preliminary Procedures Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery) . Disconnect the charge air cooler outlet duct from the throttle body. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
1	Throttle Body Bolt [4x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . tighten 11 N.m. (97 lb in)
2	Throttle Body Assembly Procedure Disconnect the throttle body electrical connector. Using a scan tool, perform the idle air control reset function.
3	Throttle Body Gasket NOTE: The throttle body gasket is one time use. A NEW gasket must installed whenever it is removed.
