Removal Procedure

    WARNING:

    Refer to SIR Warning .

  1. Disable the SIR system. SIR Disabling and Enabling
  2. Steering Wheel - Remove - Steering Wheel Replacement 
  3. Steering Column Upper Trim Cover - Remove - Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement 
  4. Steering Column Lower Trim Cover - Remove - Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement 
  5. Disconnect the turn signal and multifunction switch electrical connector.

  6. Remove the turn signal and multifunction switch bolts (1).
  7. Remove the turn signal and multifunction switch (2) from the steering column.
