Installation Procedure

  1. Install Turbocharger Heat Shield (2)
    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Install Turbocharger Heat Shield Nut (3) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Install Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    NOTE:

    Do NOT bend the cable sharply at the base of either the sensing unit or sensor ECU in the final mounting position.

  4. Install Nitrogen Oxides Sensor (2) and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
