Installation Procedure

  1. Install Battery Tray (1)
  2. Raise the vehicle.

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Install Battery Tray Mounting Bolt (1) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Lower the vehicle.

  5. Install the fuel pump power control module bracket (2) to the battery tray.
  6. Lock the 4 retainers (1).
  7. Install wiring harness retainers to battery tray as necessary.
  8. Install Multifunction Power Supply Converter Replacement 
  9. Install Fuel Pump Power Control Module Replacement
  10. Install Fuse Block Replacement
  11. Battery Replacement
