Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, verify with a scan tool that DTC P0643 is not set.
    • If DTC P0643 is set 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If DTC P0643 is not set 
  2. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC to verify the DTC does not reset. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
    • If DTC P0643 resets 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If DTC P0643 does not reset 
  3. All OK.
