Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW gasket. (6) [3x]
  2. Three-Way Catalytic Converter (10) - Install
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Three-Way Catalytic Converter Nuts (16) - Tighten 57 N.m (42 lb ft) [2x]
  4. Three-Way Catalytic Converter Bolts (15) - Tighten 48 N.m (35 lb ft) [2x]
  5. Connect the heated oxygen sensor electrical connector.
