Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Throttle Body Seal

  1. Install a NEW Throttle Body Seal (1).
  2. If re-installing the throttle body and cleaning is required. Refer to Throttle Body Cleaning

  3. Install Throttle Body (2)
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Install and tighten Throttle Body Bolts (1) (Qty: 4) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  5. Connect Electrical Connector (1)
    6. Fig 4: Air Cleaner Outlet Duct

  6. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (3). Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement (LT4) 
  7. Perform the throttle learn procedure. Refer to Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
