Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Battery Hold Down Bolt

  1. Install Battery (4)
  2. Install Battery Hold Down Retainer (3)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Install Battery Hold Down Bolt (2) and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Install Battery Vent Tube (1)

  5. Install Rear Body Fuse Block (3)
  6. Battery Positive Post Clamp Nut (2) Tighten 4.5 N.m (40 lb in)
  7. Install Rear Body Fuse Block Cover (1)
  8. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection 
  9. Install Rear Compartment Side Trim. Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side (Coupe)Rear Compartment Side Trim Replacement - Right Side (Convertible)
