Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the battery. Battery Replacement

  3. Detach Engine Control Module (1) @ Battery Tray (2)

  4. Detach Battery Positive Cable Retainer (1) @ Battery Tray
  5. Detach {If equipped} Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Retainer (2) @ Battery Tray

  6. Detach {If equipped} Body Harness Retainer (1) @ Battery Tray
  7. Remove Battery Current Sensor (2) @ Battery Tray
