Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW seal (1).
  2. Install the engine coolant temperature sensor (2).
  3. Install Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (4).
  4. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector (3).

  5. Connect Heater Outlet Hose (1)
  6. Tighten Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2)
  7. Install Radiator Inlet Hose @ Water Outlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
  8. Install Heater Outlet Hose Vapor Vent Hose. Refer to Heater Outlet Hose Vapor Vent Hose Replacement
  9. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling
