Installation Procedure

Install the radiator outlet hose to the water pump outlet pipe.

Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1).
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
Install the radiator outlet hose to the radiator.

Install the radiator outlet hose clamp (1).
Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
