Installation Procedure

  1. Install Hybrid Powertrain Control Module (2)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install Hybrid Powertrain Control Module Mounting Nut (1) (Qty: 3) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  3. Connect Electrical Connector (1) (Qty: 4)

  4. Connect Electrical Connector (1) (Qty: 3)

  5. Install High Voltage Battery Cover (2) - High Voltage Battery Cover Replacement

  6. Install High Voltage Battery Positive and Negative Cable Cover (2) - High Voltage Battery Positive and Negative Cable Cover Replacement 
  7. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling 
  8. Reprogram the hybrid powertrain control module 2, refer to Hybrid Powertrain Control Module 2 Programming and Setup
