Preliminary Procedures Sunroof Window Replacement Roof Stationary Window Replacement Disconnect the electrical connectors. Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose Replacement (Right Side) Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose Replacement (Left Side) , and Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement (Left Side) Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement (Right Side) NOTE: Do not remove the drain hoses from the vehicle, disconnect the drain hoses from all corners of the sunroof frame spigot only.
1	Sunroof Module Bolt (Qty: 16) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Sunroof Module Assembly Procedure With aid of assistant, remove the sunroof module from the vehicle and place it on a clean dry prepared surface. Transfer components as necessary. Water test and inspect sunroof for proper operation.

Do not remove the drain hoses from the vehicle, disconnect the drain hoses from all corners of the sunroof frame spigot only.

CAUTION:

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Sunroof Module Assembly

Procedure

With aid of assistant, remove the sunroof module from the vehicle and place it on a clean dry prepared surface.
Transfer components as necessary.
Water test and inspect sunroof for proper operation.
