BO-51843 Cutting Tool Description and Operation: Notes
The following document shows, how to use the BO-51843 for removing glued exterior trim parts and fixed windows.
The shown vehicle is exemplary. Specific instructions can be found in respective subsection.
NOTE:
Before cutting moldings, take care, that all fasteners and retainers are removed, if equipped.
The cutting tool is equipped with a hook to fix the cutting cord. It is also necessary to fix the cutting cord with a knot at a suitable area.
The following instruction shows exemplary where to fix the cutting tool and hook. It is also necessary to fix the cutting tool and hook several times to other suitable areas.
Use a suitable cutting angle and observe the cutting cord while cutting.
