Installation Procedure

  1. Install the 2 radiator upper insulators (1) and reposition the radiator assembly.

  2. Radiator Lower Bracket Replacement » Install
  3. Clip in the engine coolant temperature sensor wiring harness to the retainer clip (2).

  4. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor wiring harness plug (1).
  5. Clip in the MAP sensor wiring harness to the retainer clip (2).

  6. Connect the MAP sensor wiring harness sensor wiring harness plug (1).
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Connect the engine coolant fan wiring harness plug (1).

  9. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement » Install
  10. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement » Install
  11. Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side » Install
  12. Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side » Install
  13. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement » Install
  14. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection » Connect
