Installation Procedure

Install the battery negative cable (2) to the negative battery post and tighten the clamp fastener (1) to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Install the battery cover (1).

Install the auxiliary battery negative cable (2), to the battery negative post and tighten the fastener (1) to 4.5 N.m (40 lb in).

Install the rear compartment side trim battery access cover.
Set the engine oil life and radio station pre-sets.
