Removal Procedure

WARNING: Exhaust Service Warning

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Remove the 3 front exhaust flange nuts (1).

Exhaust Muffler Insulator Nut (2)» Remove
Support the exhaust system.
Remove the 2 exhaust muffler hanger bracket nuts (1).

NOTE: A second technician is required.
Exhaust Muffler Insulator (2, 5)» Remove and DISCARD [3x]
Exhaust Rear Muffler Insulator (3)» Remove and DISCARD
Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket (1)» Remove and DISCARD
