Installation Procedure

  1. Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket (3)» Install a NEW gasket.

  2. Exhaust Front Pipe (2) @ Exhaust Muffler (1)» Install
  3. Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket (2)» Install a NEW gasket.

  4. Exhaust Front Pipe (3) @ Catalytic Converter (1)» Install
    CAUTION: Do not bend the exhaust flex pipe more than 10 degrees in any direction. Bending of more than 10 degrees or twisting in a range of ± 0.5 degrees will damage the exhaust flex decoupler.
  5. Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (4)» Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft) [2x]
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution
  6. Install the 3 exhaust muffler to front pipe nuts (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  7. Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 2 » Install
  8. Lower the vehicle.
